Depending on how you use the site, you may provide:
- Mailing-list details: your email address when you subscribe to music, video, and artist updates.
- Project inquiries: your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your name, company, project type, creative or technical requirements, timeline, budget, and project description.
- Gallery assistant messages: the messages you send and the assistant’s replies. Conversation messages are stored with the conversation so the assistant can respond in context.
Private Pinterest tool
The planned Mars Ceres Pinterest tool is for the Mars Ceres account owner only. It is not a service for website visitors or other people to connect their accounts. The public website does not currently implement Pinterest sign-in or access Pinterest API data.
If the private tool is enabled, the account owner will first authorize it through Pinterest and choose whether to grant the permissions Pinterest displays. Depending on those permissions, the tool may receive basic account details and information about Pins, boards, and related content. The intended use is to create, publish, edit, and organize Pins and related boards selected by the account owner. We do not ask for or collect Pinterest passwords.
Pinterest information will be used only for the account actions the owner authorizes. We will not sell Pinterest API data or share it with unrelated third parties, use it for advertising outside Pinterest, or use it to train AI models. Pinterest API information will not be stored except where Pinterest expressly permits it. The owner can revoke access through Pinterest account settings.
Information handled when you visit
Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. The inquiry form also uses an IP address briefly for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
The website may store an essential preference cookie, such as whether a navigation panel is open. These preference cookies are used for site functionality, not advertising. Google Analytics 4 runs only if an analytics measurement ID is enabled; if enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide usage statistics.

Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information collected through this site. We share information with providers only as needed to operate the services described here:
- Replit: website hosting, database storage, and the AI integration used by the gallery assistant.
- OpenAI: messages sent to the gallery assistant may be processed to generate a response.
- Resend: project inquiry details are sent by email to our business Gmail inbox so we can respond to you.
- Google: Google Analytics may receive site-usage information if analytics is enabled, and Google’s email service stores project inquiry messages delivered to our business inbox.
- Squarespace: when you follow a purchase link, Squarespace processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. Mars Ceres does not receive full payment-card numbers through this website.
- Pinterest: if the account owner authorizes the private tool, Pinterest provides the API and processes account access under its own Privacy Policy and Developer Guidelines .
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or our rights.
Retention and your choices
Mailing-list addresses and gallery-assistant conversations may be stored in our database. Project inquiry details are sent through Resend to our business Gmail inbox. We do not currently apply fixed automatic deletion periods to these records, so they may remain stored until deleted. We may retain information longer when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Pinterest API information will not be stored except where Pinterest expressly permits it. You can revoke the private tool’s access in Pinterest account settings. You can also ask us to unsubscribe, access, correct, or delete information associated with you by emailing marsceresmedia@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
This website and the private Pinterest tool are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to Mars Ceres, contact us at marsceresmedia@gmail.com so we can review and address the request.
